Psychology sessions

Psychology

Our Psychologists offer evidence-based interventions, immersed in nature, alongside our herd of horses.

Please note: Psychologists do not offer equine-assisted therapy as an intervention, as it does not yet have enough evidence as a therapeutic treatment for mental health conditions. Our Psychologists may incorporate equine and nature-based activities into their sessions.

Interventions include:

— Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

— Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

— Mindfulness-based Therapy

— Positive Psychology

— Schema Therapy

— Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

— Alcohol and Drug Treatment

— Evidence-based Emotional Freedom Techniques

— Parenting programs (Circle of Security, Triple P)

— Perinatal Mental Health programs

— Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment

— Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

— Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT)

and more!
