The Bicentennial National Trail
The Bicentennial National Trail (BNT) is the longest multipurpose trail in the world, stretching nearly 5,330 kilometres (3,355 miles) through rural and remote Australia. The trail links 18 national parks and over 50 state forests, crossing a mixture of private and public land. Less than a dozen people have completed the BNT on horseback without vehicle support, as it requires extensive preparation and dedication. Horse health and safety are always a rider’s top priority.
